Develop and execute patient engagement strategies through telephonic and in-person outreach, home visits, healthcare facility visits, and community events. Educate Medicare-eligible patients about WellBe services, overcome objections, secure enrollment appointments, manage outreach pipelines, meet monthly engagement targets, and coordinate with provider relations teams. The role requires compassionate communication, independent problem-solving, territory organization, and frequent local travel.

Educate eligible Medicare patients about WellBe services, overcome objections, secure enrollment appointments, and follow up with patients. Maintain outreach documentation, manage pipelines, meet engagement targets, and collaborate with provider relations teams. The role requires local travel, strong communication, independent problem-solving, territory organization, and compassionate patient interactions.

Administer multi-frequency payroll for hourly, salaried, on-call, and incentive-based employees using Dayforce Payroll and Time & Attendance. Validate time records, deductions, earnings, and adjustments; resolve discrepancies; support audits, reconciliations, reporting, and year-end activities; and maintain compliance with payroll regulations. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll Tax while identifying process automation and modernization opportunities. This is a remote/hybrid role with limited domestic travel.
