The Senior Manager - Sales will lead a sales team to sell industrial automation software solutions, develop sales strategies, and manage client relationships while collaborating with various internal departments and partners.

Lead development, deployment, and support of business applications to automate processes and improve reporting. Gather business and technical requirements, design and test solutions using .NET, SQL, and RPA, maintain SQL Server databases, create test cases (Zephyr), use JIRA/Confluence for tracking, deliver ad-hoc reporting and data insights, and engage stakeholders across the organization. Travel up to 25%.

Coordinate project activities, track progress and action items, arrange meetings and documentation, prepare progress reports, identify and help resolve bottlenecks, liaise with stakeholders, and provide administrative and logistical support. May lead small projects and perform research, analysis, and implementation of deliverables.
