Partners with business, IT, and process owners to develop roadmaps, manage costs and benefits, establish KPIs and SLAs, oversee data operations, strengthen compliance, and improve end-to-end processes. Requires extensive cross-functional leadership, shared services and outsourced provider management, financial process knowledge, analytical ability, and stakeholder influence.

Provides technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle for wire and cable products. Identifies and closes large projects, drives specialized product growth, conducts customer presentations and demonstrations, and supports pre- and post-sales needs. Responsibilities include researching customer requirements, delivering technical solutions, supporting sales teams, maintaining product expertise, analyzing competitive conditions, participating in product launches, and managing vendor relationships.

Leads campaign intake, planning, readiness, and production coordination for assigned marketing programs. Develops campaign briefs, aligns stakeholders, evaluates scope and change requests, manages approvals, identifies risks, and improves campaign processes and reusable marketing assets. Partners with strategic business unit, digital, and content marketing teams to ensure campaigns have clear objectives, audiences, messaging, deliverables, and success metrics.
