Operations intern supporting analyses, recommendations, process improvements, research, and special projects across business functions. The role involves identifying and resolving routine data issues, communicating roadblocks, checking processes, and presenting findings to management. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain management, or a related field, with exposure to Lean or Six Sigma preferred. Overnight travel is typically less than 10% of the time.

Manages post-sale launches and continuous improvement for on-site technical solutions. Oversees installations, vendors, cross-functional coordination, KPIs, inventory reporting, customer support, training, compliance, and process optimization. Leads branch manager onboarding, coaching, workshops, and performance management while aligning branch activities with sales, operations, purchasing, and broader business initiatives.

Manages mid-size contractor accounts by developing sales and profitability plans, generating leads, securing new business, meeting sales quotas, coordinating pricing and account strategies, resolving customer issues, maintaining product knowledge, and completing sales reports. The role requires consistent vehicle use, an acceptable motor vehicle record, and generally 2–5 years of experience. Outside sales experience with professional contractors, product familiarity, and Spanish proficiency are preferred.

Participates in a 12–18 month rotational training program across warehouse, customer service, management, and branch operations. Learns business systems and processes, develops leadership capabilities, partners with managers and customers, completes operations training, and presents a capstone project to company leadership. The role is designed to prepare candidates for future operations leadership opportunities and may require relocation after program completion.

Drive trade expansion and sales growth by identifying new business, building relationships with contractors and engineers, developing strategic plans, coordinating with field and functional teams, executing technical sales and promotions, supporting quoting and specifications, and mentoring staff. Responsible for high-impact solution development, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring profitability while frequently traveling overnight.
