Process customer orders across phone, email, text, and counter channels; manage pricing and non-stock procurement; coordinate logistics; handle secure payments; maintain transaction records; recommend product alternatives; ensure service follow-through; and train junior associates to support operational excellence.

The Account Manager builds relationships, generates sales leads, develops business plans for accounts, and resolves customer issues, focusing on formwork and shoring products.
