Coordinates daily manufacturing activities, prepares production reports, maintains production and compliance records in SAP, supports audits, assists with operational problem-solving, and liaises with production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and management teams. The role also supports safety and quality compliance, meeting coordination, issue escalation, and workflow efficiency. It is fully on-site in Wheeling, Illinois, Monday through Friday.

Supports copper and alloy production by packaging, handling, transporting, and staging materials. Operates high-capacity sit-down forklifts to unload trucks, manage inventory, and deliver materials to machines. Assists tin line operators, follows customer specifications and quality alerts, uses banders and hand tools, and complies with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.

Leads quality investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, supplier claims, and continuous improvement for a technical tube manufacturing product line. Maintains quality management documentation, supports ISO 9001 and 14001 audits, performs SPC and process capability analysis, manages supplier quality documentation, reports quality KPIs, and collaborates with Production, Process Engineering, suppliers, and management.

Troubleshoot manufacturing machines, support setups and changeovers, verify tooling and calibration devices, prepare changeover components, maintain tooling inventory, use measurement equipment, read drawings, and support production and maintenance while prioritizing safety.

Supervise quality assurance activities, lead the quality team, investigate customer complaints, determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and prepare 8D reports. Maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification, SOPs, work instructions, and quality records. Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues, assess product feasibility, provide management reporting, and drive continuous improvement and reduced quality costs.

Responsible for growing territory sales and profit margins by developing new business, managing existing accounts, building sales pipelines, coordinating quotes and fulfillment, and meeting booking and billing targets. The role involves researching markets, conducting customer visits, monitoring competitors, using CRM tools, and collaborating with inside sales, operations, and supply chain. Frequent travel, customer entertainment, overnight stays, and trade show participation are required.
