Supports the preconstruction team through data entry, document organization, schedule updates, phasing and logistics planning, plan reviews, project budgeting, value engineering, cost comparisons, and bid-package scope development. The intern collaborates with architects, engineers, estimators, and construction operations teams while gaining experience in construction project planning and estimating.

Design and analyze MEP systems across all project phases, prepare BIM models, drawings, and specifications, ensure code and sustainability conformance, coordinate permitting, support construction administration and commissioning, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and mentor junior staff.

Process bi-weekly payroll, review timesheets, deductions and tax withholdings; prepare and post journal entries; reconcile bank, payroll, and balance sheet accounts; support month‑end/year‑end close, audits, AP/AR tasks, and continuous process improvements.
