Conduct investigative litigation discovery, identify and address discovery issues, collaborate with inside and outside counsel, craft strategic discovery responses aligned with national strategies, monitor and improve discovery processes, and operate in a fast-paced team environment.

Counsel clients on cybersecurity incidents and data breaches, oversee forensics and vendor e-discovery, draft breach notices and crisis communications, respond to regulator investigations, advise on state, federal, and international privacy laws, and prepare reports and legal budgets for clients and insurers.

Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, legal research, e-discovery, discovery responses, depositions, and court appearances. Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams, develop litigation strategy, and manage multiple matters to meet deadlines while providing exceptional client service.

Manage a nationwide litigation docket and national claims program, lead discovery strategy and execution, conduct investigations, and craft case-specific discovery responses. Partner with attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategy, improve discovery processes, and deliver scalable, efficient claims solutions across jurisdictions.

Provide insurance coverage advice and litigation support: draft coverage opinions, pleadings, motions, handle discovery, communicate with clients, and collaborate with partners on coverage matters.

Manage and try complex litigation matters for an international logistics client: oversee cases end-to-end, conduct legal research, draft pleadings/motions/briefs, take depositions, appear in court, negotiate settlements, collaborate with colleagues, and prepare client case analysis reports.

Defend complex nationwide class actions, focusing on privacy and data-breach litigation. Lead strategy, removal/consolidation, and MDL matters; draft and argue dispositive motions; manage discovery, depositions, and expert witnesses; participate in mediations and prepare settlement approval papers while overseeing multiple case timelines and coordinating with teams.
