Counsel clients on cybersecurity incidents and data breaches, oversee forensics and vendor e-discovery, draft breach notices and crisis communications, respond to regulator investigations, advise on state, federal, and international privacy laws, and prepare reports and legal budgets for clients and insurers.

Leads cybersecurity incident response and data privacy matters, advising clients from breach triage through regulatory response and litigation. Responsibilities include analyzing privacy laws, drafting breach notifications and policies, overseeing forensic investigations and vendors, responding to regulators, preparing reports and budgets, managing client communications, and supervising junior attorneys. The role requires substantial data privacy, security, breach response, and legal experience, along with a law degree and bar admission.

Manage a nationwide litigation docket and national claims program, lead discovery strategy and execution, conduct investigations, and craft case-specific discovery responses. Partner with attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategy, improve discovery processes, and deliver scalable, efficient claims solutions across jurisdictions.

Manage a general insurance defense litigation caseload from inception through trial, including transportation, premises, construction, products, and general liability matters. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, attending hearings, depositions, mediations and trials, negotiating settlements, preparing client case analyses, and collaborating across offices. Trial, deposition, motion practice, insurance defense, and Illinois bar admission are required.

Conduct investigative litigation discovery, identify and address discovery issues, collaborate with inside and outside counsel, craft strategic discovery responses aligned with national strategies, monitor and improve discovery processes, and operate in a fast-paced team environment.
