Independently manage general liability litigation matters from inception through resolution, handle court appearances and depositions, collaborate with attorneys and partners, communicate with clients, and provide case status reports. The role requires an Illinois law license, a JD, and at least three years of relevant litigation experience, with trial and legal project management experience preferred.

Counsel clients on cybersecurity incidents and data breaches, oversee forensics and vendor e-discovery, draft breach notices and crisis communications, respond to regulator investigations, advise on state, federal, and international privacy laws, and prepare reports and legal budgets for clients and insurers.

Leads cybersecurity incident response and data privacy matters, advising clients from breach triage through regulatory response and litigation. Responsibilities include analyzing privacy laws, drafting breach notifications and policies, overseeing forensic investigations and vendors, responding to regulators, preparing reports and budgets, managing client communications, and supervising junior attorneys. The role requires substantial data privacy, security, breach response, and legal experience, along with a law degree and bar admission.
