Lead and develop an inside sales team to meet revenue targets by creating sales strategies, KPIs, processes, CRM-driven analytics, forecasting, recruiting, training, and collaborating with field and portfolio teams to optimize pipeline and customer experience.

Coordinate national spirits product launches, serve as eCommerce and national accounts liaison, manage portfolio files and supplier assets, track incentives and programs, support analytics and market analysis, maintain shared resources and product data across ERP systems, and assist with supplier/account issues and reporting.

Manage and grow existing and prospective accounts via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Maintain CRM and sales pipeline, process orders, resolve inquiries, educate customers on products, hit sales targets and KPIs, and collaborate with field teams and transportation to ensure excellent service.

Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to maximize wine distribution in assigned retail accounts. Visit and merchandise accounts, build displays, rotate stock, provide education and host tastings, track sales performance, resolve billing and ordering issues, and meet sales goals while maintaining timely communication with customers and internal teams.

Develop and execute sales and merchandising plans to grow wine distribution within assigned retail chain accounts. Visit and merchandize accounts, place product displays, rotate stock, provide education and tastings, coordinate with account managers, customer service and accounting, and meet sales goals. Host events and ensure retailer standards are maintained.

Serve as HR Business Partner for assigned territories, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, labor laws, union matters, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data integrity, benefits communication, compliance (I-9, OSHA, EEOC), and HR projects. Facilitate investigations, support managers, and run employee recognition and training programs in a hybrid work environment (three days in-office).

Lead regional portfolio strategy for fine wines, setting pricing, analyzing supplier performance, developing improvement plans, managing a team of Portfolio Managers, and partnering with sales leadership to execute companywide initiatives.
