Acts as primary customer contact for commercialization and project timelines; coordinates samples, pricing, trade spend, and data management. Manages customer trackers, resolves issues with internal SMEs, completes bid and deal entry, provides project management and troubleshooting, and supports sales and distressed inventory execution.

Manage P&L and budget for Ingredient, Co-Manufacturing & Foodservice Dry Pasta business. Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies, pricing, new product commercialization, and assortment decisions. Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Finance, Supply) to deliver operating plans, launches, and continuous improvement while responding to sales opportunities and developing bids/proposals.
