Leads plant quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory compliance programs in a private-label food manufacturing environment. Manages the quality department, develops improvement processes and metrics, reviews quality data, oversees FDA, BRC, customer, and internal audits, maintains regulatory knowledge, trains and coaches staff, and addresses food safety issues and nonconforming products. Supports a 24/7 operation and collaborates with Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer teams.

Project-focused finance internship analyzing monthly and quarterly results versus forecast, plan, and prior year. Provide insights to leadership, work across the organization, support accounting ERP use, develop presentation skills, and gain exposure to manufacturing and distribution operations.

Supports brand growth strategies, annual operating plans, forecasting, and performance tracking. Analyzes consumer, category, customer, competitive, pricing, promotion, and sales data using syndicated and internal business intelligence sources. Leads cross-functional innovation, renovation, productivity, and commercialization initiatives. Helps execute integrated consumer, shopper, retail, digital, and eCommerce marketing programs while coordinating with agencies, supporting customer meetings, and optimizing post-launch performance.
