Lead audit engagements for not-for-profit clients, overseeing planning, execution, budgeting, staff supervision, technical accounting issue resolution, and client relationship management.

Manage and review compilation/review financial statements, analyze financials, recommend cost/revenue improvements, lead staff mentoring and training, collaborate cross-functionally, support business development, and ensure technical compliance with current accounting standards.
