Participate in an up-to-18-month landfill operations training program to develop expertise in safety, environmental compliance, heavy equipment, personnel management, finance, leachate and gas management, construction, community relations, and operations reporting. Complete curriculum, mentor programs, hands-on projects, and interim management assignments to prepare for Operations Manager or District Manager roles.

Handle inbound and outbound sales to acquire and upgrade customers, meet revenue quotas, prospect and build pipeline, use CRM and forecasting, qualify clients via consultative selling, and track sales activity and results.

Make inbound and outbound sales calls to acquire new customers and upgrade existing accounts to value-added services. Prospect via phone, email, and virtual channels; manage pipeline and forecasts in a CRM; meet quota and performance metrics; research accounts and follow Rules of Engagement. Support projects and perform other assigned duties.

Handle retention of at-risk or cancelling customers by renegotiating contracts, resolving service issues, right-sizing/pricing, and upselling. Meet revenue targets, manage cases within SLAs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and document activity in a CRM. Hybrid role with in-office days Tuesday–Thursday.

Contact and negotiate with at-risk or cancelling customers to retain or upsell business using value-based telesales techniques. Manage assigned cases and revenue targets, use CRM for pipeline and notes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service, billing, or quality issues, and follow company policies for approvals and credits.

Contact at-risk customers to prevent cancellations by renegotiating contracts, resolving service issues, right‑sizing/pricing, upselling solutions, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and tracking activity in a CRM to meet revenue retention targets.

Provide advanced clerical and administrative support to operations managers, coordinate daily collections operations, troubleshoot safety and service issues, manage KRONOS updates, use Microsoft Suite and other tools for procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, contract labor, payments, scheduling, customer and employee communications, and assist with operational projects.

Lead a public sector proposal and contract strategy team to develop RFP/RFQ responses, drive municipal growth, support contract renewals and negotiations, build proposal processes and content libraries, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coach staff to improve proposal quality and win rates.

Lead enterprise revenue management and pricing strategy, implement pricing tools and processes, partner with sales and market leaders to maximize net price impact and customer lifetime value, monitor market/pricing trends, develop budgets, and guide execution and contingency plans to support revenue growth and retention.
