Lead engineering and construction activities at solid waste disposal facilities, manage consultants and contractors, oversee permitting and regulatory interactions, track capital budgets and landfill capacity, mentor junior staff, support acquisitions/divestitures, and provide technical solutions across operations, environmental compliance, and project delivery.

Hybrid, team-based sales retention role managing SMB accounts via inbound calls and proactive outreach. Focuses on preventing cancellations, negotiating agreements, using CRM (Salesforce) and pricing tools, documenting interactions, and contributing to team retention and growth metrics.

Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly journal entries and consolidated financial statements, perform accruals and variance analysis, support month-end and year-end close, assist audits, maintain internal controls, coordinate budgeting and consolidation, and collaborate with operations and other finance teams on accounting matters (U.S. GAAP compliance).
