Supports ABM, paid digital advertising, SEM, answer engine visibility, and cross-channel campaign orchestration using 6sense, LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and OpenAI platforms. Monitors performance, dashboards, attribution, and pipeline influence while partnering with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and RevOps teams. The role also supports governance, privacy compliance, process improvement, budget tracking, and global campaign operations.

Leads strategic financial planning, advanced financial analysis, financial modeling, regulatory compliance, executive reporting, and performance management across multiple departments. Oversees senior finance professionals and managers, develops organizational financial strategies, partners with executives on major financial decisions, and drives initiatives that improve business and financial outcomes.

Owns customer success plans for enterprise software clients, driving adoption, value realization, customer health, retention, and renewals. Builds relationships with Legal Operations, Legal, Finance, and Technology stakeholders; conducts business reviews; identifies risks; coordinates cross-functional issue resolution; and advocates for customer needs. The role also supports expansion opportunities, customer references, and advocacy initiatives.
