Leads Information Systems and Helpdesk teams while owning enterprise infrastructure across Microsoft systems, Microsoft 365, hybrid cloud, virtualization, storage, communications, and endpoint security. Oversees high-availability platforms supporting trading operations, including deployments, migrations, patching, monitoring, incident response, lifecycle management, security, compliance, and capacity planning. Serves as the senior escalation point and partners with network, security, and leadership teams on infrastructure strategy and technology roadmaps.

Develop and test high-performance C++ applications for trading platforms. Collaborate with traders and experienced engineers to translate requirements into efficient solutions, while monitoring, profiling, and troubleshooting systems for reliability and stability. The role provides mentorship and exposure to the complete trading-system development lifecycle, including production support, performance tuning, multithreaded programming, and real-time systems.

Provide first-level support for trading applications, including user logins, account configurations, troubleshooting, production issue resolution, clearing support, vendor coordination, developer collaboration, and technical documentation. Support internal and external users through phone, email, and instant messaging while assisting with special projects and process improvements.
