The Manager of HR Technology will lead the Workday ecosystem for a rapidly growing workforce, optimize HR systems, and manage stakeholder relationships during M&A integration.

Provide embedded operational support to Sales, Onboarding, and Success teams: maintain Salesforce records, manage telephony/text/calendar tools, track incentives and activation milestones, write SOPs, pull basic reports, and identify process improvements to increase efficiency and scale.

The Enablement Associate designs and manages continued education for Merchant teams, leading GTM launches, creating engaging content, and analyzing program effectiveness.
