Support local staffing operations by sourcing, screening, scheduling, and resolving issues for hourly workers and clients. Serve as local point of contact, travel to customer sites, monitor performance and metrics, analyze data for improvements, coordinate with regional teams, and help grow customer relationships. Role is temporary (4 months to start) and may require early mornings/evenings during peak periods.

Hands-on HR generalist supporting HR operations, benefits administration, compliance, pay equity auditing, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and process improvement. Provide surge recruiting support, maintain HR documentation, analyze HR metrics, and use AI tools to automate and streamline People workflows across the US and Canada.

Own and support month‑end close tasks, stock‑based compensation (ASC 718), sales/use tax compliance, 1099 filings, reconciliations, debt reporting, audit support, and financial integrations. Drive process improvements and use AI and ERP tools to automate and scale accounting operations.
