Lead electrical engineering for complex building projects including medium-voltage distribution, microgrids, PV and battery systems, lighting and photometric calculations, SKM and arc flash analysis. Manage project scope, schedule, fee, QA/QC, mentor staff, coordinate disciplines, present to stakeholders, and support proposals and business development.

Lead energy infrastructure projects as the primary client contact, managing schedule, scope, budget, QA/QC, and deliverables. Provide site civil engineering guidance for transmission projects (grading, stormwater, permitting, utility coordination, construction support) and drive continuous improvement, documentation, and team collaboration.

Lead and execute end-to-end ERP data migrations into Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) for acquisitions. Define migration strategy, design and run ETL, data mapping, reconciliation, validation, and cutover. Manage a blended team, ensure data quality and governance, and drive automation and continuous improvement across migration processes.
