Advocate product value, guide complex multi-institution deployments, and enable customer self-sufficiency.

Deliver micro-consulting to Workday customers focused on Spend and Financials: troubleshoot configuration, demonstrate features, drive adoption, perform tenant reviews, deliver presentations, and maintain Workday product expertise and certifications.

Conduct multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, social, events) to identify and qualify buyers, nurture relationships, respond to MQLs, and partner with Account Executives to build pipeline while staying organized across multiple accounts.
