The Researcher will support research initiatives, data collection, analysis, and communication of findings while collaborating within a team focused on veterans' programs.

Provide case management for veterans in crisis: perform assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate internal and external resources (VA, DoD, community providers), manage caseloads, maintain PHI and documentation in internal systems (e.g., Salesforce), facilitate admissions/discharges, prepare reports, and advocate to remove barriers to care while supporting recovery and program referrals.

The Senior Salesforce Solution Architect leads the design and development of software applications, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business operations and ensure application alignment with technical standards.
