Teams at Wounded Warrior Project

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), integrations, data migrations, and Communities/Portal. Ensure data quality, support operations, manage multiple projects, implement best practices, evaluate AppExchange/SSO solutions, and mentor the team.

Coordinate cross-functional program initiatives to improve and integrate WWP services, recommend and implement process enhancements, support rollouts, develop operational processes and presentations, collaborate with teams, and ensure timely communications and maintenance. Participate in trainings and apply Salesforce knowledge to improve warrior experience.

Lead cross-functional work groups to integrate and improve WWP programs, recommend and implement process changes, manage post-implementation operations, coordinate communications, support rollout of strategic initiatives, serve as an organizational expert on programs, and drive adoption to enhance the personalized warrior experience.
