Manage enterprise and mid-market customer portfolios as a trusted advisor. Develop account strategies, monitor adoption and churn risk, lead business reviews, secure renewals, identify expansion opportunities, negotiate agreements and price increases, and coordinate resolution of complex technical issues. The role requires collaboration with sales, marketing, product, support, and technical teams while maintaining accurate CRM records and meeting retention and growth targets.

Administer and optimize NetSuite and related financial systems, supporting configurations, integrations, permissions, troubleshooting, reporting, controls, and performance. Partner with Accounting, Tax, Order-to-Cash, and development teams on implementations and process improvements. Manage complex financial workflows including subscription billing, revenue recognition, and multi-system integrations while documenting requirements and delivering scalable solutions.
