Maintain workforce planning data, optimize fulfillment across internal and external channels, collaborate with Talent Acquisition and client teams, use analytics to measure effectiveness, reduce bottlenecks, and serve as central point of contact for staffing and resourcing strategies.

Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for early-career roles (internships and entry-level hires). Source via talent platforms, represent employer at events, partner with stakeholders, improve processes, meet hiring benchmarks, and support inclusive recruiting and onboarding.
