Designs and enhances custom conveyor and automated material handling systems. Supports engineering reviews, drawings, testing, scheduling, vendor coordination, purchasing, cost monitoring, customer communication, and continuous improvement. Uses AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks to create approval, permit, and installation drawings. Collaborates with mechanical, electrical, industrial, controls, software, and project management teams. Travels up to 20% for site measurements, equipment inventory, system commissioning, and customer interaction.

Manages material handling automation projects involving conveyors, robotics, AS/RS, structures, controls, software, and warehouse systems. Oversees project planning, execution, financials, resources, customer and supplier relationships, contracts, records, communications, and multiple concurrent locations. Requires up to 50% travel and occasional weekend or evening work during go-live events.

Designs and coordinates highly automated material handling projects across mechanical, controls, structural, ASRS, and robotics disciplines. Reviews proposals, facilitates design reviews, manages customer deliverables, coordinates vendors and engineering teams, tracks schedules and costs, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, and resolves project issues. The role may require occasional site travel for facility reviews, construction monitoring, solution deployment, and customer acceptance.
