Provides first-line customer support for software and system issues through phone, email, and ticketing channels. Performs basic troubleshooting, documents incidents, gathers diagnostic information, resolves common issues, and escalates complex problems. Maintains case records, follows support procedures and service-level guidelines, communicates status to customers, and contributes to knowledge base improvements while developing technical support skills through training and collaboration.

Manages material handling automation projects involving conveyors, machinery, robotics, controls, software, and structures. Oversees project planning, schedules, financials, resources, vendors, contracts, documentation, risks, issues, and change management across multiple locations. Provides project updates and ensures deliverables meet standards. Requires knowledge of warehouse management, fulfillment, supply chain logistics, automation, software development, accounting, and contracts. Travel up to 50%, with occasional evening and weekend work during go-live events.

Develops and engineers automated material-handling products, including conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, control panels, schematics, and PLC programs. Responsibilities include specifying equipment sequences, prototype development, testing, field issue investigation, risk assessment, cost and schedule management, and compliance with engineering standards. The role requires collaboration across teams and up to 60% domestic travel for onsite beta testing and customer-related activities.
