Own and advance strategic enterprise accounts, creating opportunities without inbound leads or inherited relationships. Lead complex, multi-threaded sales pursuits with C-suite stakeholders across healthcare, technical, financial, and operational functions. Support high-stakes deals, develop account-entry strategies, manage pricing and structuring, maintain pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot, and meet revenue targets. Translate field insights into reusable sales plays, executive narratives, objection handling, and enablement content.

Own quality control, regulatory alignment, and performance reporting for AI-powered clinical extractors. Analyze accuracy, consistency, data quality, provenance, and performance drift; guide extraction logic and clinical interpretation; support FHIR and CSV data exports; and contribute to governance, de-identification, validation, and client reporting. Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Clinical Informatics while serving as a clinical subject-matter expert, particularly in oncology and real-world evidence.

Own the enterprise data glossary, business definitions, governance policies, quality controls, lineage documentation, and approved sources of truth. Translate cross-functional data needs into reusable definitions and reporting, support business users, investigate data quality issues, and coordinate with product and technical teams on data model changes. The role operates independently as a senior individual contributor and drives adoption of governed data across internal and external stakeholders.
