Leads finance and accounting value creation initiatives for private equity portfolio companies. Responsibilities include overseeing month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, GAAP compliance, technical accounting, reporting, audits, financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, cash management, KPI reporting, and ERP implementations. The role advises executives, boards, sponsors, and portfolio company leaders while managing client relationships, developing finance teams, and identifying opportunities to expand engagements.

Manage financial due diligence engagements from inception through completion, including quality of earnings, net working capital, debt and debt-like analyses, financial modeling, data review, and reporting. Lead client communications, presentations, project delivery, team delegation, training, proposal development, and practice growth. Support business development and advise clients on business systems in collaboration with technology teams.

Own M&A transaction advisory engagements for private equity and investment banking clients, serving as the primary contact from scoping through delivery. Lead financial modeling, Quality of Earnings analysis, data analytics, presentations, project economics, risk management, and client recommendations. Manage and develop teams, coach junior staff, apply AI and analytics tools, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards across concurrent engagements.
