Own M&A transaction advisory engagements for private equity and investment banking clients, serving as the primary contact from scoping through delivery. Lead financial modeling, Quality of Earnings analysis, data analytics, presentations, project economics, risk management, and client recommendations. Manage and develop teams, coach junior staff, apply AI and analytics tools, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards across concurrent engagements.

Manage accounting operations and GAAP compliance for private equity portfolio clients. Lead month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, audit support, financial analysis, modeling, cash management, KPI reporting, ERP implementations, and client/stakeholder engagements while mentoring teams and expanding client relationships.

Serve as in-seat Controller for private equity portfolio clients: oversee full accounting function, month- and year-end close, reconciliations, audits, cash management, controls, forecasting, process improvements, and mentor accounting staff while partnering with executive leadership and sponsors to drive financial discipline and value creation.
