The role requires strong Windows proficiency, technical problem-solving, organization, communication, and onsite availability in a hybrid full-time environment.

Manage a portfolio of MSP clients as primary technical contact: run TBRs/QBRs, produce action plans, create quotes and scopes, coordinate internal teams, surface risks, and assist the CTO with standards and account planning.
