Design and specify complex wastewater and process-water treatment systems. Perform process calculations, PFDs/P&IDs, mass/water balances, hydraulic and pump sizing, equipment/material selection, and costing. Develop proposals, present technical solutions to customers, support bid decisions, and mentor/train other engineers while collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams.

Supports manufacturing shift supervisors by identifying process and training gaps, delivering employee training, monitoring process adherence, analyzing KPIs, and driving daily improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, engagement, and inventory. Conducts root-cause problem solving, coaching, skill assessments, time studies, layered audits, and process documentation while collaborating with Quality, Production Control, and Safety teams.

Design and specify complex wastewater and process water treatment systems (e.g., RO, UF, DAF, IX, CEDI). Perform process calculations, PFDs/P&IDs, mass/water balances, pump sizing, equipment/material selection, risk assessment, proposals, customer presentations, and mentor junior engineers.
