Teams at YCharts

Manage a book of institutional asset management clients to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Lead onboarding, trainings, and regular client meetings, configure integrations and reports, monitor account health, forecast renewals, run usage campaigns, and advocate customer needs cross-functionally. Occasional travel (~10%).

Lead definition, delivery, scaling, and maintenance of data products and portfolio calculations. Own data quality, sources, calculation assumptions, and PRDs. Collaborate with UX, Engineering, GTM teams, and customers to shape roadmap, track adoption, and prioritize enhancements.

As a Business Development Representative, you'll identify and qualify sales opportunities, educate clients about YCharts, and collaborate with team members to enhance sales success.
