Teams at Young Center for Immigrant Children's Rights

Manage accounts payable: process invoices and payments, maintain vendor accounts and AP records, prepare payment batches, handle vendor inquiries and employee reimbursements, support month/year-end close, assist Senior Accounting Manager, monitor aging reports, support audits, and identify process improvements.

Manage intake and waitlist for Technical Assistance Program; provide case management support for immigrant and mixed-status families including detained parents and reunification logistics; coordinate resources, documentation, and stakeholder communications; maintain case records and data in Salesforce and tracking systems; support program operations including surveys, presentations, and administrative tasks; assist with travel and event logistics.

Provide interdisciplinary best-interest advocacy for unaccompanied and separated immigrant children: supervise and support volunteer child advocates, visit and liaise with children and stakeholders, draft best interests determinations, assist with case management and contract deliverables, attend hearings, and support training, data reporting, and stakeholder engagement across Young Center offices.
