Manages accounts receivable processing, reconciliations, payment research, collections, refunds, monthly close, journal entries, billing, renewals, audits, and reporting. Resolves member and stakeholder inquiries, supports financial controls, partners with Finance and IT on system issues, and improves AR processes and workflows. Requires strong accounting, analytical, systems, communication, and organizational skills.

Designs, builds, secures, and governs RESTful and GraphQL APIs supporting member, chapter, and agentic AI ecosystems. Owns API lifecycle management, semantic data models, versioning, testing, documentation, observability, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code. Implements serverless, event-driven AWS architectures with strong IAM, privacy, consent, and explainability controls. Collaborates across Product, Data Architecture, IT, Security, and ML teams to deliver reliable, scalable, secure, and governed APIs.
