Partner with leadership, build sourcing strategies and pipelines, improve recruiting operations, drive candidate quality and metrics, advise on compensation and employer branding, and support hiring across engineering, product, and mission teams.

Design, build, and operate core platform infrastructure for an Agentic AI platform. Collaborate with cross-functional and ML teams to enable scalable, high-performance systems, provide production support and troubleshooting, and drive platform features that serve multiple products and engineering teams.
