Supports mechanical engineering projects under senior supervision. Responsibilities include specifying and evaluating process equipment, reviewing vendor documents, performing equipment and piping calculations, selecting piping materials, participating in client and vendor meetings, conducting field surveys, and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

Performs entry-level process engineering and design for industrial projects, including equipment sizing and rating, hydraulic analyses, PFD and P&ID development, heat and material balances, and technical specification support. Evaluates equipment and processes for safety, environmental, and operational compliance; manages engineering data; presents technical information; and coordinates assignments across competing priorities. The role is primarily office-based with possible production-site assignments.

Leads engineering project delivery excellence and proposal execution for large Power EPC projects. Oversees workforce planning, project staffing, talent acquisition, competency development, succession planning, and performance management for project managers, project engineers, and field engineers. Advises proposal teams on engineering execution strategy, risk, staffing, and integration with EPC functions. Uses lessons learned from engineering, construction, commissioning, safety, scheduling, and productivity to improve future project delivery and proposals.
