Leads and develops the Inside Sales team, monitors sales KPIs, improves processes, analyzes business intelligence, supports customer relationships, and partners with manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams. Oversees coaching, recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, pricing, order accuracy, inventory practices, and customer service objectives. The role is based onsite at an Atlas Tube location and requires travel to support teams across multiple locations.

Coordinates workforce training and development programs at a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include identifying training needs, creating and delivering instructional materials, managing training records and employee progress, facilitating onboarding, evaluating program effectiveness, supporting leadership development, and promoting safe work practices. The role partners with supervisors and management to strengthen employee skills, operational performance, and cross-functional workforce versatility.

Paid summer internship supporting inventory management, automated replenishment, supply planning, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement in a manufacturing environment. The intern will maintain inventory and replenishment data, investigate discrepancies, analyze trends, evaluate planning recommendations, monitor replenishment activity, and collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
