Zell Family Office

The Zell Family Office (ZFO) is the family-focused office for the family of the late entrepreneur Sam Zell. A division of Chai Trust, the Zell family's private trust company, ZFO manages the family's public market and other non-direct investments and provides financial, administrative, and well-being services — from health to finances — supporting the family, its community, and society. It is based in Chicago and sits alongside its sibling division, Equity Group Investments.
