Lead strategic technical pursuits and build the Enterprise Architecture function: create reference architectures, integration plans with ERP systems, drive discovery with C-suite, translate requirements into product inputs, and enable sales and solution engineering for enterprise procurement integrations.

Lead technical enablement for the Solutions Engineering org: design onboarding and certification programs, run continuous learning and demo readiness, use Gong and performance data to identify gaps, partner cross-functionally with Product/PMM/RevOps, and measure enablement impact to accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates.

Lead scaling of Zip's Business Value function by building systems, tooling, and data infrastructure for ROI modeling, benchmarking, and reporting. Produce C-suite level business cases, create self-serve go-to-market tools, stand up intake/triage/reporting workflows, and advise GTM, Product, and Enterprise teams to operationalize value generation.
