Lead end-to-end site acquisition across Central US: source and qualify sites, run high-volume outreach, negotiate LOIs through definitive agreements, manage diligence (zoning, utilities, title), maintain CRM pipeline (Salesforce), forecast and report, improve playbooks, and manage post-signature site-host relationships. Partner with Legal, Real Estate Development, Engineering, Finance, and Operations. Role includes up to 20% domestic travel.

Lead local government engagement to enable Zipline launches and operations: build relationships with city and state officials, monitor local policy, coordinate site visits and events, collaborate cross-functionally on permitting and land use, manage outreach and advocacy, and represent the company at public meetings and industry events.

Manage state-level government relations, public policy functions, and advocacy for Zipline, overseeing lobbyists and collaborating cross-functionally. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
