Provide technical leadership on site due diligence, design review, permitting, utility coordination, stakeholder negotiations, and portfolio risk mitigation. Mentor Development Managers, standardize processes and design standards, and coordinate cross-functionally to remove execution roadblocks while communicating status and recommendations to senior leadership.
