Build and maintain relationships with local governments, public agencies, utilities, community groups, and residents to support fiber network expansion. Resolve permitting, right-of-way, pole attachment, construction, and community issues across jurisdictions. Interpret municipal codes, agreements, and construction standards; advise internal teams; coordinate stakeholders; track complaints and project support performance; and represent Ziply Fiber at public meetings. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, project coordination, and local travel during construction periods.

Coordinates permitting, right-of-way, pole attachment, construction, and municipal issues across jurisdictions. Resolves complaints and constituent inquiries, communicates field issues to internal teams, supports active build areas, and represents the company in public and community settings.

Lead execution and validation of fiber OSP projects from design through construction. Manage permitting, ROW/easement coordination, QA/QC of vendor designs, maintain cable records, estimate costs, mentor staff, and support cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and technical standards.

Lead design validation and execution of fiber outside plant (OSP) projects, ensuring budget, schedule, permitting, ROW/easement coordination, and accurate cable records. Provide technical SME guidance, QA/QC of vendor designs, mentorship to staff and vendors, and cross-functional support for planning, construction, and regulatory needs. Available for fieldwork and on-call support.
