Provide technical SME guidance, QA/QC of vendor designs, mentorship to staff and vendors, and cross-functional support for planning, construction, and regulatory needs. Available for fieldwork and on-call support.

Supports financial planning and analysis through forecasting, budgeting, five-year planning, capital budgeting, financial modeling, reporting, and performance analysis. Partners with leadership and business units to evaluate results, identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business drivers, and develop action plans. Extracts and analyzes large datasets, manages sensitive information, and delivers timely insights to support data-driven decisions.

Leads complex telecommunications and network modernization programs involving multiple related projects. Coordinates project managers, engineering, IT, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders; manages plans, governance, risks, dependencies, resources, budgets, and communications. Ensures operational readiness, production transition, strategic alignment, benefits realization, and continuous improvement. Requires at least five years of technology or telecommunications project/program management experience and familiarity with network infrastructure and delivery methodologies.

Leads wholesale account and order management teams supporting strategic telecommunications customers. Oversees ASR and LSR order processing, provisioning, tariffs, billing, escalations, customer retention, renewals, and growth. Manages vendor call-center relationships, workforce planning, KPIs, quality, and service levels. Partners with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, and executive leadership to improve customer experience, compliance, workflows, and operational efficiency.

Designs, engineers, deploys, commissions, and supports ROADM-based DWDM and OTN optical transport networks supporting 100G/400G services and IP/MPLS core connectivity. Responsibilities include optical link engineering, capacity planning, equipment specifications, vendor evaluation, automation, fault isolation, service provisioning, network turn-up, documentation, and technical mentorship. The role coordinates with architecture, operations, vendors, and fiber providers; participates in on-call support and travels to project sites as required.

Lead infrastructure architecture for compute, virtualization, containers, databases, storage, and hybrid cloud. Drive VMware-to-OpenStack migration, design Kubernetes platforms, define IaC standards, ensure carrier-grade redundancy and DR, and work hands-on with engineering teams to deliver scalable, automated telecom-grade infrastructure.

Design, develop, and implement network automation solutions for GPON/XGS-PON and IP multi-vendor environments. Lead scripting (Python, Go), CI/CD pipelines, integrations, documentation, mentoring, and automation of provisioning, monitoring, and reporting to boost operational efficiency.
