Lead and validate fiber OSP project designs, manage budgets and schedules, oversee permitting and ROW processes, maintain accurate cable records, perform QA/QC on vendor designs, coordinate cross-functionally, mentor staff and support operations including on-call field work.

Lead design validation and execution of fiber outside plant (OSP) projects, ensuring budget, schedule, permitting, ROW/easement coordination, and accurate cable records. Provide technical SME guidance, QA/QC of vendor designs, mentorship to staff and vendors, and cross-functional support for planning, construction, and regulatory needs. Available for fieldwork and on-call support.

Supports financial planning and analysis through forecasting, budgeting, five-year planning, capital budgeting, financial modeling, reporting, and performance analysis. Partners with leadership and business units to evaluate results, identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business drivers, and develop action plans. Extracts and analyzes large datasets, manages sensitive information, and delivers timely insights to support data-driven decisions.
