Own and scale Zippy’s wholesale and broker revenue channels by setting growth strategy, managing channel performance, expanding markets, developing partner acquisition and activation playbooks, and optimizing revenue. Establish metrics, reporting, operating cadence, and accountability systems; guide resource allocation; oversee partner ecosystem health; and align Growth, Product, Originations, Capital Markets, and executives around scalable execution and risk management.

Perform file reviews and audits of chattel loan origination and servicing to ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, investor requirements, and internal policies. Identify discrepancies, document findings, perform data trending to detect systemic risk, prepare reports with metrics and remediation recommendations, and collaborate with Operations, Servicing, Compliance, and Management to implement corrective actions and improve controls.

Manage delinquent loan pipeline, evaluate borrower hardship and financials, recommend loss mitigation solutions, develop scalable processes, improve reporting and controls, ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements, and partner cross-functionally to improve borrower outcomes and operational performance.
