Sell Zonda's NewHomeSource listings, advertising, and digital solutions to homebuilders and developers across an assigned territory. Build relationships with builder sales and marketing leaders, generate and qualify leads, run demos, manage full sales cycle in Salesforce, meet weekly appointment quotas, travel within territory and to industry events, and collaborate with regional sales and data teams to grow revenue.

Conduct public records research (county recorder/assessor/GIS) to identify home sales and parcel owners for new-home communities, update the company database, and report findings via a web portal to a Regional Research Manager. Part-time, remote role with flexible schedule.

Drive new business for NewHomeSource Listings, Advertising, Graphics/Interactive and Self-Guided Tour services. Build relationships with homebuilders and developers, execute territory sales plans, generate regular appointments, manage full sales cycle in Salesforce, perform demos, travel within territory and represent products at events to close deals and grow revenue.

Lead and develop a team of Graphics Project Managers to deliver 3D/VR visual products. Drive process and workflow improvements, oversee project delivery, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, and Production to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

Lead and grow a large 3D visualization production team to deliver architectural renderings, virtual tours, and interactive experiences. Oversee quality standards, pipelines, tooling, and cross-functional delivery while mentoring artists, troubleshooting technical issues, and exploring AI and real-time technologies to improve workflow efficiency and scalability.

Support maintenance and quality of proprietary datasets, oversee daily research operations, implement workflows, communicate manager priorities, mentor team members, and help improve efficiency and quality metrics.
