Design and maintain information architecture and taxonomy for self-service support. Lead AI-driven content generation and search optimization, conduct content audits and usability testing, collaborate with designers, writers, and engineers, and create governance and documentation to scale knowledge systems and improve content discoverability.

Lead company-wide financial planning and forecasting for revenue, billings, collections, and free cash flow. Build and maintain annual plans and rolling forecasts, deliver variance analysis and reporting to senior leadership, improve forecasting methodologies, and partner cross-functionally to inform strategic decision-making.
