Senior individual contributor who designs, develops, and executes compensation programs (base pay, incentives, equity). Advises HR and business leaders, builds analytical models and executive reports, leads benchmarking and pay equity analyses, ensures regulatory compliance, partners with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Finance, and Legal, and drives compensation cycle administration and process improvements.

Manage day-to-day execution of SOX program including controls and testing, lead a global team, optimize processes, and collaborate with auditors.
