We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Customer Success and Device Operations Coordinator, based in Colombia, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for customer requests and operational support.
  • Support customer onboarding and communication in Spanish and, where required, English.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience through timely updates and issue resolution.
  • Manage support requests and maintain accurate operational records.
  • Receive, prepare, configure, validate, and package laptops and mobile devices.
  • Support device enrolment and basic MDM workflows.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Coordinate repairs, replacements, returns, and asset recovery processes.
  • Create shipping labels and coordinate device collections and deliveries.
  • Track shipments and proactively manage delivery updates.
  • Support storage, warehousing, stock organisation, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Maintain SOPs and operational documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support business scaling initiatives and process improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally across Customer Success, Operations, and technical teams.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Device Operations, Logistics Coordination, Inventory Management, IT Support, or Warehouse Operations.
  • Diploma, Técnico, Tecnólogo, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related discipline.
  • Exposure to MDM platforms such as Hexnode, Intune, Workspace ONE, or Jamf.
  • Experience with inventory, CRM, or ticketing systems.
  • Comfortable handling devices and performing operational tasks.
  • Experience coordinating courier and logistics providers in Colombia.
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets and operational reporting.
  • Strong customer communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Native or professional Spanish communication.

Compensation:w

  • The Salary range offered for this part-time (20H/W) position varies from (USD) $700 - $900 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
