  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking, UTM governance, call tracking integration, and CRM-based closed-loop reporting

  • Work within established attribution frameworks and clearly document optimization decisions

Requirements:

  • 3 years of expertise in HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs)

  • HubSpot certifications required or must be obtained

  • Proven experience building complex workflows, automations, and lifecycle logic

  • Experience implementing integrations via Zapier and APIs/webhooks

  • Hands-on experience managing paid media across Google, Microsoft/Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms

  • Google Ads certification required

  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and CRM reporting

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and call tracking tools

  • High attention to detail for QA, documentation, and data integrity

  • Hands-on, execution-focused role requiring direct platform and campaign management

  • Part-time, dedicated resource initially, with potential to grow into a full-time role

  • Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours for collaboration and client calls

Compensation:

  • The salary range offered for this part-time (20H/W) position varies from (USD) $900 - $1,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
