Who we are

Paxos Labs is an initiative building infrastructure for the enterprise market that powers the next generation of trusted onchain financial products. We work with the largest financial enterprises in the world to build transparent and verifiable onchain infrastructure that works for end users and everyday financial use cases. If you believe in bringing DeFi and digital assets to the mainstream, consider building your career at Paxos Labs.

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for a 3D Motion & Marketing Designer to take full ownership of our brand’s visual storytelling — across social media, campaigns, product launches, partnerships and events.

You’ll work closely with the product designer and our head of marketing to build a high-end, cohesive identity across every touchpoint. The foundation is there — but there’s still plenty to build, shape, and elevate.

Your work will have a direct impact on how our brand is perceived and experienced and you will define how our story moves.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all 3D and motion design initiatives across marketing, brand and product.

  • Conceptualize, design, and animate visuals for campaigns, launches, and social media.

  • Create 3D illustrations, motion sequences, and animations that reflect our brand aesthetic.

  • Build and expand our marketing design system.

  • Collaborate closely with product design, marketing, and leadership to ensure a unified visual language across all channels.

  • Push the creative boundaries of what’s possible with our brand’s look and feel.

  • Take ownership of projects from idea to final delivery — storyboarding, animating, compositing, editing, and finishing.

  • Incorporate sound design and compositing when needed to create fully polished motion pieces.

Qualifications

Must have:

  • Expert-level motion design and animation (After Effects, and one or more 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Redshift, Octane).

  • Strong modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering skills in 3D.

  • High-end compositing and editing ability.

  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with sound design and audio sync for motion.

  • Comfort with video editing tools (Premiere, Resolve, etc.).

Interested in crypto or web3 (experience is a plus, but curiosity and enthusiasm go a long way).

Why join us?

Joining Paxos Labs means becoming part of a pioneering team at the forefront of financial innovation for the mass market. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Build the Future: Play a critical role in transforming traditional enterprises with innovative crypto solutions.

  • Do Impactful Work: Contribute to projects that have a tangible impact on the global financial landscape.
