Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Leadership:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the department.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

    • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
    • Develop and maintain effective recruiting strategies, including employer branding, candidate sourcing, and selection procedures.
  3. Employee Relations and Engagement:

    • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  4. Performance Management:

    • Develop and administer performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback processes.
    • Coach and support managers in conducting effective performance evaluations and improvement plans.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:

    • Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain employees.
    • Ensure that the organization's compensation practices are competitive and compliant with applicable laws.
  6. Training and Development:

    • Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and career growth.
    • Identify learning needs and opportunities for employee development.
  7. Legal Compliance:

    • Stay current with labor laws and regulations and ensure HR policies and practices are compliant.
    • Mitigate legal risks through effective HR management and documentation.
  8. HR Metrics and Reporting:

    • Establish key HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
    • Provide regular HR reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certifications may be preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record of strategic HR management.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
