  • Oversee the development and delivery of multiple workstreams, including campaigns, agile content, scaled activations, and campaign support.
  • Lead project and program management across the portfolio, ensuring teams are clear on objectives, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and ways of working.
  • Assist in managing business operations, including scoping, financial oversight, forecasting, and overall P&L accountability.
  • Lead and develop account talent, including direct reports, while building a high-performing team culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Help define and evolve the operating model for the new Portfolio Pod, establishing strong processes and clear cross-functional ways of working.

What You'll Bring

  • 5-7 years of account experience within a creative, advertising, or integrated agency environment.
  • Strong experience leading 360 campaigns across multiple channels and consumer touchpoints, including through-the-line work that extends into shopper marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs across creative, strategy, production, and client teams.
  • Experience overseeing large budgets, with strong commercial acumen across scoping, forecasting, financial management, and reconciliation.
  • Experience leading both small and large productions involving talent including concepting through campaign delivery and trafficking
  • Understanding of how brand, media, commerce, and shopper objectives connect, with the ability to help teams deliver work that performs across the full ecosystem is ideal
  • Strong understanding of the paid media landscape and how to deliver against a paid media buy
  • Excellent client leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing account teams in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
  • Strong organizational judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative leadership style and a high bar for both the work and how teams work together.

What Success Looks Like

  • Integrated campaigns that connect brand-building ideas to strong shopper execution.
  • Trusted, high-value partnerships with Kraft Heinz stakeholders across a portfolio of brands.
